JayTech Digital ("we", "us") is operated by Rakesh Tata as a sole trader in Darwin, Northern Territory. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a demo or quote, and provide services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is stored and shared

The form is processed by our website host, Vercel, and delivered through our email provider, AgentMail, which forwards it to our Gmail inbox. These providers may store data on servers outside Australia (for example in the United States). We take reasonable steps to choose reputable providers with appropriate security. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Website analytics

Our host may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and performance.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
